Bare Batch started with kitchen experiments and a belief that the best cookies start with the best ingredients.
Hi, I’m Anika.
What started as experimenting in the kitchen became something much bigger once friends and neighbors started asking for “just one more.”
Bare Batch eventually made its way to markets and pop-ups across St. Johns and Duval County, where more people discovered the cookies and started following along for each new menu.
That growth hasn’t changed the goal: make a cookie that tastes worth it.

Being a cottage bakery gives Bare Batch the flexibility to keep the menu interesting.
Signature cookies can stay. Seasonal flavors can come and go. A test recipe can turn into a customer favorite.
We aren’t trying to mass-produce the exact same menu indefinitely. We’re trying to keep making great cookies.
