Good to know
Frequently asked questions.
How does the weekly drop work?
The menu goes live Sunday. Ordering opens Sunday at 8am and closes Tuesday at 12pm. Everything is baked to order, so once a flavor sells out, it’s gone for the week.
When does ordering close?
Tuesday at 12pm. Popular flavors may sell out earlier.
Can I order outside the weekly menu?
Yes. Select custom orders can begin at 24 cookies. Standard published catering pricing starts at 50 signature cookies.
Do you take walk-ups at markets?
Yes, while stock lasts. Preorders are set aside first, so walk-up flavors depend on what’s left.
Where do I pick up my order?
Friday at Ponte Vedra Friday Market, 377 S Roscoe Blvd, 10am–2pm. Saturday at Linda Jean Café & Cream, 170 Fountains Way Ste 4, St Johns, 9am–1pm.
What if I miss my pickup window?
Message us the same day and we’ll do what we can. We can’t always hold orders after the market or pickup period ends.
Do you deliver?
Occasionally. Local delivery within St. Johns and Duval County may be available by arrangement. Catering orders can usually be delivered.
Do you ship?
No. Bare Batch is a Florida cottage food operation and currently sells in person within Florida.
How big are the cookies?
Roughly 4 ounces and 4 inches across. They’re bigger than people expect.
How long do they stay fresh?
They’re best within the first two to three days, sealed in the bag they came in.
How should I store them?
Keep them sealed at room temperature and out of direct sun. Skip the fridge. It dries them out.
Can I freeze them?
Yes. Keep them sealed and freeze for up to two months. Thaw at room temperature for about an hour. About 10 seconds in the microwave brings the center back nicely.
Do you have gluten-free options?
Yes. Bare Batch regularly offers gluten-free options, including GF Classic Peanut Butter and Flourless Mocha Fudge. Flourless Mocha Fudge is also dairy-free.
Can you accommodate allergies?
Everything is made in a home kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, and coconut. Gluten-free cookies are not celiac-safe. If an allergy is serious, please ask before ordering.
What’s in the cookies?
We use organic and natural ingredients including organic flour and cane sugar, pastured butter, and fair-trade chocolate. Full ingredients and allergens are printed on every label.
Do you offer catering?
Yes. Larger orders are available for weddings, corporate gifting, real-estate closings, parties, grand openings, showers, and events.
Can you customize the packaging?
Yes. Branded stickers are available beginning at 50 cookies. Other presentation options depend on quantity and timeline.
How far ahead should I book?
Two to three weeks is ideal for catering. Three to four weeks is preferred for an on-site event setup. Ask about anything sooner.
